She has substantial experience in SME IPOs, IPOs, Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFC) compliance, SEBI regulations, and public issuance of various securities. Over the course of her career, she has played a key role in conducting secretarial audits for listed companies, banks, and NBFCs, contributing to their robust governance and compliance frameworks.

CS Nikhil George Pinto, Founder Partner, is a highly qualified professional with a robust academic background, holding a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and Law, an MBA, and an Advanced Diploma in Capital Markets. He is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a certified Independent Director registered on the official database maintained by the Indian Institute of Corporate Affairs (IICA). Additionally, he is a SEBI-registered Securities Market Trainer, further reflecting his strong command over capital market regulations and investor education.
With over 11 years of professional experience,he has successfully handled a broad spectrum of assignments, including corporate secretarial and legal compliance, SEBI regulations, governance frameworks, NBFC and IBC-related matters, capital markets, and secretarial audits. He also serves as an Internal Auditor for listed entities and stockbroking companies, and has actively contributed to multiple due diligence assignments, supporting strategic business and regulatory decisions.An accomplished academic contributor, CS Nikhil George Pinto has over a decade of teaching experience and is a regular faculty member at the Kochi Chapter of ICSI, ICAI, and ICAI (Cost). He is also an empanelled Resource Person with reputed institutions such as NISM, CDSL Investor Protection Fund, BSE, NSE, and various SEBI-recognised SMART organizations.His leadership within the ICSI community is noteworthy. He served as the Treasurer of the Kochi Chapter (SIRC of ICSI) in 2021, the Secretary of the Kochi Chapter (SIRC of ICSI) in 2022 and 2023, and Chairman of the Kochi Chapter (SIRC of ICSI) in 2024—demonstrating his dedication to the growth and governance of the professional community.

Her professional background includes managing secretarial, legal, and internal audit functions, as well as handling company law matters, due diligence, and FEMA compliance.
